Pastoral and Inclusion Support Co-ordinator
A position has become available within the school for a Pastoral and Inclusion Support Assistant and other school duties. The successful candidates will have a conscientious approach teamed with good organisational and IT skills. See job description for full details. Usual Hours are likely to be 8.30 am - 4.00 pm including 30 minutes unpaid lunch break (to be taken outside school lunch hour). Note there is a requirement for some evening work on occasions e.g. Parent Events. Term time plus 10 days, with exact dates and hours to be confirmed. Some of these days will be required during the public examination results period in August. Ad Hoc Exam Invigilators
As and when required during term time – particularly during May and June Public Examination period but also at other times during the school year. Rate of Pay: £13.64 per hour (plus £1.65 per hour for holiday pay) based on LGPS Scale 2 Point 5 (Fringe). This role involves working as part of our invigilation team supervising examinations in school, invigilators have a key role in upholding the integrity of the external examination/assessment process Hours and availability of work are both variable and flexible with key periods of employment during the months of September, February, May and June. Training will be provided. The successful candidate would be someone willing to work flexibly in a team under the management of the Exams Officer. Brentwood Ursuline is a high-achieving and oversubscribed girls’ secondary school with a co-educational Sixth Form, serving approximately 1,000 students, including around 130 in the Sixth Form. The school is widely recognised for its strong academic outcomes and high-quality pastoral care. For several years, Brentwood Ursuline has been the most successful comprehensive school in Essex at Key Stage 4 across a range of indicators.
