Christ the Word Catholic School is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, well qualified leader of Mathematics and Numeracy. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop Mathematics and Numeracy in a 3 - 16 through school (support would be provided for the successful candidate in whichever key stage they are least familiar).

Applicants should be able to teach Mathematics up to GCSE level.


Ysgol Cristy Y Gair was formed in 2019, joining the previous primary and secondary Catholic schools. We are fortunate to have a new building with upto-date facilities. We have developed a strong staff team ethos and are committed to ensuring our staff develop further to ensure that our pupils achieve all that they can be. We are extremely proud of our Catholic nature and are looking for somebody that will contribute and be sympathetic towards this.
