St Elizabeth’s is a non-maintained specialist school and wider centre providing education, care and residential provision for children, young people and adults with complex needs, including epilepsy, learning disabilities and associated neurological conditions. The school’s ethos is rooted in enabling each individual to “live life to the full”, expressed through core values of being aspirational, collaborative, joyful and compassionate, within a warm, safe and highly supportive environment.

Our newly developed Sixth Form offers a unique and specialised learning environment for young people aged 16–19 with a wide range of learning difficulties, disabilities, and health conditions, including epilepsy and autism. We provide bespoke education and transition support that equips our learners with the skills, confidence, and independence they need for adulthood. Following the successful launch of our brand new Sixth Form, we are seeking an exceptional Teacher to join our Sixth Form team to support our increasing admissions as the service continues to grow. In our newly renovated building, purpose built to meet the individual needs of our learners, you will lead a small group of learners with complex profiles, supporting them in the development of academic, life, and employability skills within a highly individualised curriculum. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver purposeful, person-centred education in a nurturing and well-resourced setting with each learner having a minimum of 1-1 support.
