Equally, we are also proud that we have a very stable staff who love working here and enjoy the benefits St Damian’s has to offer.We are seeking two enthusiastic, suitably qualified and committed Teaching Assistants to work under the guidance of the SENDCO, teachers and senior staff to raise the learning and attainment of pupils, whilst also promoting their independence, self-esteem and social inclusion. You will provide assistance to pupils so that they can access the curriculum, participate in learning, and experience a sense of achievement. You will be required to work in the classroom or outside the main teaching area. Previous relevant experience is desirable.You will be required for 32½ hours each week, term time only Monday to Friday.
