We are looking for an outstanding SENCo, who can lead, develop and enhance the teaching and pastoral support strategies for our relavtivley small SEND cohort within our dedicated Ursula Suite. create a vision, sense of purpose and pride in the Ursula Suite maintaining a secure environment in which purposeful learning and support can take place be accountable for the strategic direction, leadership and management of the SEND support provided from the Ursula Suite including the development of related policies, plans and targets Promote the highest standards of Teaching & Learning as the Lead Learner in pedagogy and support practice effectively line manage the SEND staff to ensure there is a positive system of care, support and social and personal development

To support the Head of Mathematics in ensuring the highest standards of pupil achievement within Mathematics in all key stages. inc KS5 To lead, develop and enhance the teaching practice of all the teachers of Mathematics evaluating the quality of teaching and securing and sustaining effective teaching of the subject.
