The successful candidate will have the opportunity to teach a diverse and engaged group of students, inspiring them to develop both a love of literature and the critical thinking skills essential for success.Key Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons to students of all abilities across Key Stage 3, 4, and 5.Plan and prepare schemes of work that align with the school’s curriculum and vision.Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to aid learning.Foster a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere where all students feel valued and motivated to succeed.Collaborate with colleagues to create an inspiring and effective learning environment.
