We are looking for reliable, calm and observant individuals to join our team of Exam Invigilators, supporting the smooth and fair delivery of examinations throughout the academic year. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured environment, has strong attention to detail, and can remain composed under pressure.
About the Role
As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a key part in ensuring that all exams are conducted in accordance with established regulations. You will help create a supportive environment for students while maintaining the integrity of the assessment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing exam rooms before candidates arrive
- Distributing and collecting exam papers and materials
- Supervising students during exams, ensuring rules are followed
- Managing timekeeping and reporting any irregularities
- Assisting students with procedural queries (not academic content)
- Ensuring a calm, orderly atmosphere throughout the exam session

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures
- Reliability, punctuality and professionalism
- Ability to remain alert and focused for extended periods
- A calm, reassuring presence
- Flexibility to work during busy exam periods (typically May–June and November–January)
